Rated flow
Rated flow is the control flow corresponding to the rated signal at a specified valve pressure drop. Rated flow is given in l/min (liters/minute), gpm (gallons/minute) or cis (cubic inches/second).
Most servovalves are rated at a 35 bar (1000 psi) valve pressure drop per land. Servo-proportional valves are rated at 5 bar (150 psi) pressure drop per land.
