Motion Controllers

M3000 is a high performance motion controller for electric and hydraulic servo actuation applications.

This system of hardware, software, and extension modules offers rapid implementation and set-up to save time and money. As it is based on universal standards and a modular structure it is flexible and easy to implement.

M3000 is comprised of:

Servo Controller (MSC I)

MSC I is a high performance servo controller with PLC functionality equipped with high resolution analog inputs/outputs and position sensor interfaces. It is designed for fast and accurate closed loop control of two hydraulic servo actuators.

Servo Controller (MSC II)

MSCII is a high performance servo controller with PLC functionality equipped with fieldbus and position sensor interfaces. It is capable of handling complex multi-axis functions and fast and accurate closed loop control via field bus interface.

Axis Control Software (MACS)

MACS is an IEC61131-3 programming language based on the CoDeSys. It provides full programming, debugging, simulation, parameterization, visualization and tracing capabilities as well as extensive function blocks designed by Moog experts

Extension Modules

Analog and digital input/output modules with interface to the extension bus of MSC I and MSC II.
Digital input/output modules with CANopen interface
Displays with CANopen or TCP/IP Interface
