The most appealing thing about Moog for me is that it's still a growing company with a young character. There's always something to learn in such an organization. We trust each other, because we know that our colleagues are the best in the world at what they do, and that's a really exciting thing for me. There's so much expertise in the business and so many areas to explore that I am always able to initiate new developments and further my knowledge.

The friendly atmosphere here is great and this is reflected outside of work too. I'm in the company band and have great fun playing and rehearsing in front of our colleagues. We have some fantastic minds at Moog and I like that they also like to go out and socialize every once in a while. It helps forge a very good working environment, not to mention trusting relationships with some of the finest minds in engineering. How can you not enjoy working like this?

I really like the fact that I'm in a position of growth. We're setting up a new worldwide business for automotive and aerospace testing so I'm very excited about helping this succeed. My career here is an extension of what I did at university, so I'm in the fantastic position of being able to work with the best people in the business – and those that I'm most interested in. I find it flattering to be a part of such a team - it means I'm doing something right.
