My favorite memory of Moog is undoubtedly meeting Bill Moog, the company's founder. We shook hands and had a conversation about how beautiful the mountain view of Baguio is. It was a real privilege to meet Bill because I was proud to work for his company and I knew all about him.

I was so excited on my first day because I was going to go on a six-month training course in the USA. Development is something that still motivates me now because I am sure that I can continue to learn and build on the contributions I have made to the organization. I'm proud of all I've achieved here, from helping create the foundations of Moog Baguio to my promotion to Machine Shop Manager. I'm now a Segment Manager because there's been a re-organization of the business to make things a bit easier.

I particularly enjoy the challenges of my work. I was appointed team leader of the training group who went to the USA when I first started, and since then I've found that I like to try to better myself. It's about trying things that are new to me, and Moog allows me to do this and build on my skills to learn more and try harder.
