When is a graduate not a graduate?
We don't believe in labelling our people. If you're good enough to join us, why should you hang around for a couple of years on a so-called "graduate development program"? We want you to make a contribution from day one. We expect you to feel the same.
The fact that we don't have a traditional graduate training program doesn't mean that we're not committed to training and development. Quite the opposite, in fact. But rather than treat you as a "graduate", we think of you as what you are – a full-time member of the team with opinions to make, ambitions to achieve, work to produce and a career to pursue. Your training and development will reflect these facts.
Design training is a given; after that, you'll join a project team. And you decide which direction you want to take your career in. Whatever you want to do – and whatever training you need – we'll help you every step of the way and support and sponsor you towards new professional qualifications.
Of course, decisions about training and development can be difficult for anyone to take, never mind someone who's new to the industry. That's why you'll have the full support of a dedicated mentor – an old (or not so old) hand with loads of experience, who knows both Moog and the industry you operate in, inside out.
